Order Never Arrived

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know! First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we will not issue you with a re-ship or a refund. Of course we can make an exception and reship the package, but you will be responsible to pay the shipping fees. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us with your order number.

If you didn’t receive your order 60 days after its dispatch, we would fully refund you or reship the order out of charge. The final decision will be yours!

By placing your order, you acknowledge that you agree with our shipping policy! If you have any questions regarding your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Late Delivery

Orders must pass through local postal services before they are sent out of delivery. This means that orders can get caught up in either customs or at the local sorting office near your location. Orders may be delayed by up to 10 business days due to delays within its postal journey, but this is something very unlikely and unusual, 99% of the orders arrive on time.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Leadfoot Racing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, Leadfoot Racing will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

International Delivery

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size! We do not take responsibility for customs fees!
